London, United Kingdom — Monday, 30th of May 2022. Zazuu HQ is pleased to announce the launch of its new feature Pay With Zazuu. The new feature which can be accessed from within the Zazuu application now allows users end-to-end access to the best remittance services around the world.
With the launch of Pay with Zazuu, users can finally send money to their friends and family members directly from the Zazuu application without needing to visit any third-party applications or websites. This means that after comparing transaction rates on the Zazuu app, users can send via their choice providers by clicking the Pay with Zazuu option on their app.
Speaking on the launch of Pay With Zazuu, Korede, COO and Cofounder at Zazuu, said “Pay with Zazuu is a continuation of our mission to give Africans around the world smart ways to move their money. After we launched Zazuu Compare, the majority of our users were frustrated by having to complete their transfers on a different website. We quickly realised that users want to complete the search, compare and send experience all in one platform. So, we decided to solve that problem by letting people complete the transactions in-app.”
Who Can use Pay with Zazuu?
Pay with Zazuu is currently only available to UK residents who want to send money to Nigeria. In the coming days, we will be expanding access to allow UK residents to send money to people in Kenya, Ghana, and other countries.
We will also be expanding access to senders in other European and North American countries in the coming weeks.
How to get Pay with Zazuu
To get access to Pay with Zazuu, current users have to update their mobile apps by visiting either the Apple Appstore or Google Playstore. New users can also visit their respective app stores to get the updated app.
- Once updated, you will see the sign-up/login modal.
- Click on the sign-up modal to begin your registration for pay with Zazuu
- Complete the KYC process to complete your registration.
What do I need to use Pay with Zazuu?
To use Pay with Zazuu, we will need to confirm a few details about your person. To do that, we will need you to provide the following details:
- Your phone number
- A valid ID in your country of residence
- Proof of liveliness i.e a selfie photo
